All Sales Are Final

Because cannabis products cannot be resold once they leave our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially consumed products, except in cases involving manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a Flick Disposable product that arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Our Los Angeles-based team will review your request promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution. Possible solutions may include:
